We offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic and international orders. For ready to ship pieces, please allow 3-5 business days for processing, plus shipping time. For made to order pieces, please allow 4-6 weeks for processing, plus shipping time.

Each piece is hand made by us so dispatch times vary per piece. Please click on each individual piece in the shop to see the dispatch times. Each dispatch time is an estimate only but if you need your piece urgently before a certain date, please get in touch asap befor placing the order.

Orders placed on weekends and major holidays will be processed the next business day. We do not deliver on weekends or holidays. During peak and holiday seasons, there may be processing and shipping delays.

We offer the below shipping methods. Please note that shipping times are not guaranteed and do not account for order processing time.  

US Standard Shipping

• We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders within the US.
• We are unable to ship to PO boxes, hotels, or military bases.
• For orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, shipping is $30.

Our US Carriers

• Orders valued from $500 to $1499 are shipped via UPS ground. Expedited shipping options available.
• Orders valued from $1500-$2499 USD are shipped via complimentary UPS 3 Day service.
• Orders valued $2500+ USD are shipped via complimentary UPS 2 Day service, and may require a signature upon delivery.

International Delivery

• All international orders are shipped via DHL. Shipping, customs, duties, and taxes are calculated at checkout depending on the country. There may be delays during peak seasons, including holidays.
• You may contact your customs office for additional information. There can be occasional customs or courier delays which may affect your delivery timeframe, which unfortunately are beyond our control.
• International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• We ship to most countries. If you are unable to complete checkout in your country, please contact us.

Signature Requirement

• Orders valued $2500+ USD, engagement rings, and wedding bands may require a signature upon delivery.
